HHEC's Garment division has a modern factory in Chennai (Madras)
located at the Industrial Estate, Guindy (Madras). It
manufactures and exports apparel made of cotton, silk and
cotton/nylon for men, women and children. Its strength is in
casual wear of cotton fabrics. It has separate quality assurance
wing, which takes care of online quality control (In cutting
room and sewing room) as well as final quality audit before
releasing garments for pressing and packing. The fabric
inspection wing takes care of quality control before releasing
fabrics for cutting. Details of materials, machinery and clients
