The image is first molded in wax then coated with clay strengthened with ground cotton, salt and charred husk. Then the chosen metal is heated and poured into the mould from which the wax had been heated and removed earlier. The mould is allowed to cool, carefully broken and the Image is brought out. The final touches are given by Hand. The finishing, brushing and perfecting of the minutest details.
